COMPANY SAFETY STATEMENT
GAKCO Corporation is committed to protecting and promoting a safe and healthy work environment.
We provide basic PPE (personal protective equipment), a company health & safety manual, SDS / MSDS, and weekly safety training meetings for all employees.

Our management ensures compliance with the written health and safety program and OSHA regulations. Our approach ensures that all GAKCO Corp personnel have the authority to take action when sufficient hazards exist.

All employees are encouraged to take the company provided OSHA -10 Construction & OSHA Excavation / Competent Person Training courses. Employees are mandated to perform their jobs in accordance with OSHA regulations and procedures. They are also required to report any safety hazards to their immediate supervisor for remediation.

SDS / MSDS
The attached PDFs represent our Safety Data Sheets (SDS). They provide information from the manufacturer or importer of chemicals that we may use during operations. This includes physical and chemical properties, hazards, routes of exposure, precautions for safe handling and use, emergency and first-aid procedures, and control measures.

The information on these safety data sheets aid in the selection of safe products and helps prepare our management and employees to respond effectively to daily exposure situations as well as to emergency situations.

Excavation Site Safety
The attached PDF outlines procedures and guidelines for the protection of employees working in and around excavation sites and trenches. This program complies with OSHA Standards described in Subpart P (CFR 1926.650) for the construction industry.
